Your New Role:

Due to an exciting period of sustained growth, Experior Financial Group is looking for ambitious and driven Sales Representatives to join our team and build a career with us. With our office in Mississauga, Ontario and our head office in Guelph, Ontario you will have tremendous support. This is currently an at-home position which makes it an excellent opportunity to build an exciting career from anywhere in Canada while maintaining a clear work-life balance.

As one of our new Associates, your main role will be to build the Experior Financial Group brand by reaching out to ‘warm’ prospects and utilizing our referral system as a means of continuing your flow of ready, willing, and able prospects!

Day to day responsibilities:

• Scheduling appointments with clients and running meetings from home over video conference

• Taking part in weekly Zoom calls with the greater team

• Carrying out relevant back-end admin work to ensure that your clients have an excellent experience with Experior Financial Group

In exchange for your hard work and dedication, you will be rewarded with a competitive compensation package along with some excellent job perks. Part-time entry-level representatives can earn $50,000 while full time management positions can pay $100,000+ in your first year.
